Easy step-by-step guide

   Step 1 - DEPARTURE – Creating an Account + Coupons

   Before you start shopping, you'll need a Kakobuy account. Kakobuy is a shopping agent that purchases items from Chinese sellers, stores them in a warehouse, and ships them directly to your doorstep.

   2. Click "Sign Up" to create your account. You'll also receive a welcome coupon package worth over $400, which can help you save on shipping.

   Step 2 - DISCOVERY - Finding Items

   Now that your account is ready, it's time to find the products you want. And by far the easiest way to do that is through RepGalaxy.com. So you're already in the perfect place!

   1. Explore over 10,000 product finds. Head over to the "Products" page, where you'll find a huge catalog of items organized into categories. Use the search bar and filters to find exactly what you're looking for.

   2. Looking for the best version of your favorite sneakers? Check out our "Best Versions" page, where you can discover recommended batches based on quality and value for money. No more spending hours trying to figure out which version is worth buying.

   3. Not sure about a product's quality? Check the QC (Quality Check) photos available on both the "Products" and "Best Versions" pages. These are real pictures of items purchased by other customers, helping you see what the products actually look like.

   4. Found something you like? Simply click on the product to view its details, then hit "Buy on Kakobuy" to open its product page directly on Kakobuy.

   Step 3 - SELECTION - Building Your Cart

   Once you've selected a product on RepGalaxy, you'll be redirected to its Kakobuy product page, where you can customize your order before adding it to your cart.

   1. Choose your preferred color and size. I generally recommend going True to Size, but there are some exceptions, especially with brands like Balenciaga or Vetements, which often feature oversized clothing and footwear. For these items, sizing down may be a better option. Always double-check the size chart before ordering (if it exists).

   2. Click "Add to Shopping Cart" once you've selected your preferred product options.

   3. Head over to the "Cart" section, where you'll find all the items you've added. Select the products you want to purchase and click "Submit".

   4. Review your order details and complete your payment. At this stage, you're paying for the products and any applicable domestic shipping within China. International shipping will be paid separately once your items arrive at the warehouse.

   Perfect! Your order has been placed, and Kakobuy will take care of purchasing your items.

   Step 4 - PROCESSING (Order Statuses + Returns)

   Once you've completed your payment, your purchased items will appear in the "Orders" section of your Kakobuy account. This is where you can track each order and see exactly what's happening with your products.

   Understanding order statuses:

   1. PAID – Your payment has been confirmed, and your order is waiting to be processed by Kakobuy.

   2. PURCHASED (~24 hours) – Your Kakobuy agent has purchased the item from the seller.

   3. SHIPPED (~24-72 hours) – The seller has shipped your product to Kakobuy's warehouse in China.

   4. AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT (~48 hours after SHIPPED status) – Your item has arrived at the warehouse, where it will be inspected and photographed.

   These are approximate timeframes. Actual processing and delivery times may vary depending on the seller, product availability, and shipping service.

   What if you're not happy with your purchase?

   Once your product arrives at the warehouse and you receive your QC photos, you'll have the opportunity to inspect it before international shipping.

   If something looks wrong, you've ordered the wrong size, or you've simply changed your mind, you can request a return or exchange, provided the seller's return policy allows it.

   Returns involves a small fee of approximately $3. Make sure to submit your request within the allowed return period.

   Step 5 - WAREHOUSE - (QC Photos + Rehearsal)

   Your items have finally arrived at the Kakobuy warehouse! Now comes one of the most important steps: inspecting your products and preparing your parcel for international shipping.

   1. Head over to the "Warehouse" section, where you'll find all the items that have arrived. Here, you can check the QC (Quality Check) photos to see what your products actually look like before shipping them internationally.

   2. Wait until all your ordered items have arrived, then select the products you want to ship together and click "Rehearsal".

      IMPORTANT: Do not click "Submit" to ship your parcel directly. I recommend using the Rehearsal service first to get a more accurate shipping estimate.

   3. Remove unnecessary packaging. In the Rehearsal section, you can request the removal of certain packaging materials, such as shoeboxes. These take up a lot of space, so removing them can significantly reduce your shipping costs, especially when shipping prices are based on parcel volume.

   4. Choose your packaging options. I personally recommend "Corner Protection" to protect your parcel and "Vacuum Packaging" for clothing that can safely be compressed. If you're shipping fragile items, I'd also suggest adding "Bubble Wrap" for extra protection.

   5. Pay for the Rehearsal service. It usually costs around $3–$9, depending on your selected options, and typically takes approximately 48 hours to complete.

   Once it's ready, you'll be able to see your parcel's packed dimensions and weight, helping you choose a suitable shipping method.

   Step 6 - ARRIVAL - Shipping + Tracking

   You've made it to the final step! Once your Rehearsal is completed, usually within approximately 48 hours, your parcel will be ready for international shipping.

   2. Choose the best-value shipping line. I always recommend looking for the cheapest available option that also offers both "Tax-Free" shipping and parcel insurance. Make sure to check the shipping line's conditions, insurance coverage, and any applicable destination charges.

   3. Apply your available coupons. Remember the welcome coupon package you received when you created your account? Now's the time to check which coupons are eligible and use one to save on your shipping costs.

   4. Review the final price and pay for shipping. Once you've selected your preferred shipping line and applied an eligible coupon, complete your payment.

   5. Track your parcel. After approximately 24–48 hours, your package may be shipped and will appear in the "Parcel" section. You'll also receive a tracking number that lets you follow the available shipping updates along the way.

   6. Wait for delivery! Depending on the shipping line and your destination, your parcel may arrive in approximately 14 days, although delivery times are not guaranteed.
